Overseeing our credit and risk operations, Paul loves working closely with business owners, assisting them in difficult financial situations to build sustainable value and operate profitably.
Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge from 15 years of managing people and businesses as a Chartered Accountant in CFO roles in privately owned businesses and Public Practice. As Director of Client Acquisition, Melanie can quickly identify how ABL Corp and our referral network can provide clients with the necessary strategic solutions to ensure their success.
Matt has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, having previously worked as a Database and Hosting Consultant at QM Technologies, managing highly secure hosting environments for clients like Westpac, ANZ and Suncorp. Matt tackles complex technical challenges with our programming team, bringing the vision for ABL Technology to life and overseeing software development and the maintenance of internal infrastructure.
Kelly works closely with the management team, ensuring ABL Group strategy is executed and acting as a conduit between our outsourced CFOs in Australia and our management accounting team in India. Kelly brings her experience as a Tax Accountant to her role as Operations Manager, and is deeply passionate about seeing clients grow under ABL's holistic guidance.
Katie has over a decade of experience in the finance industry, both in public practice and as a commercial CFO at Aveo Retirement and Aged Care, driving the overall profitability of the company. Katie is passionate about useing her strategic planning skills to help small business owners better monitor financial performance with accurate accounting information.
With a strong financial background across a multitude of different industries, Joanne is always ready to go to bat for her clients, acting as their primary financial spokesperson with financial institutions and other external partners. She's a true believer in the idea that her clients' success is ABL's success, and this guides her as she provides strategy, analysis and operational optimisation.
Yana brings a wealth of experience to ABL from varied financial roles including business analyst and managing an insolvency firm. As Commercial Manager, Yana helps small business owners to overcome the challenges that come with running a business and ensure that they not only stay compliant with various statutory obligations but also achieve their personal and business goals.
As Client Relationship Manager, Tanya works directly with clients to guide and support them through the funding process. Her 20 years' experience in debtor finance, credit and risk management and compliance management positions her to expertly navigate and assess risk to achieve the best possible outcome for every client.
With over 30 years' experience in delivering strong financial and operational performance, Debbie is currently serving as an Outsourced CFO, partnering with small to medium-sized businesses to provide tailored commercial advice and comprehensive financial reporting. Debbie brings a proven ability to strategically guide organisations through change and competition, enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.
Donna is passionate about using her 9+ years' experience as bookkeeper and senior management account to help businesses thrive. As Client Services Manager, Donna develops skills training, manages client workflows and implements quality control improvements, working with the rest of the team to ensure positive impact is consistently made across her diverse portfolio of clients.
Melissa has had varied roles in the finance industry including management accounting, outsourced finance management and bookkeeping, and is a fierce proponent of sharing her deep knowledge with clients and the ABL team. As Commercial Manager, Melissa brings over 15 years' experience in cashflow management for struggling businesses, process improvements and all things payroll.
With over 15 years in finance and accounting, Laxmi has extensive experience in CFO roles, driving financial excellence and compliance in diverse industries. As Deputy Director at ABL Corp, Laxmi manages and mentors an offshore team based in India to provide comprehensive finance and accounting services to Australian clients.
